What is stress 😬?

Stress is a natural or psychological reaction for a thread or pressure. 
Stress is something when you have lot of works to do but you keep on procrastinating and on a certain day it will burst as stress where you can't focus and try to give incomplete work (which won't give you a satisfaction).

There is two stress, Good stress and Bad stress where good stress makes a urge to finish the work where as bad stress leads to anxiety and depression which leads to other mental disorder.

Avoiding stress is no way so we need to manage our time and complete the given task and feel the satisfaction, so that you and your mind would be grateful 🥰.
