Nope, it's a WhatsApp Group which we Selaiyurians created to jog everyday morning, but unfortunately we never gone for a single jog after creating that group...
You might ask me then what's the reason i am Posting this blog. There is a reason behind that, after completing the book "The One Thing", I started to think a lot on finding my purpose in my life. Everyday a new question booms, started stressing myself and even bing something on internet for no reason.
Then i decided to slowdown the process, first i calm down myself, take a deep breath and started visualising thing, for instance if i want to cook but my mind is not stable and i am very hungry. In this case, first i took a deep breath, plan my food, starts visualising my food. If i plan to cook rasam, i started think about the flavour, taste, and texture of my comfortable food. In the end, i came up with my comfortable and nutritious food which makes both my mind and my body happy.
The Lesson: To attain feel good sensation, try to visualise or manifest your needs to yourself and then do, in the process you will learn, find something new and the end you attain your goals with love of doing it.
Let's come to the jog for life, i started jogging on July 1st 2025, right now i guess i might have lost approximately 1kg of my body weight. First to make myself available is a great deal, then consoling my mindset is another task and after two to three days of continuous jogging my body ask me to take rest and don't go for jogging, now i used the art of visualising, I just ask myself what inspire you to do jog, why you want to jog, what the purpose of jogging and more questions raised. I replied to myself " you have achieved three days of jogging, just go for 3 more days and then will decide on further jogging or not" Days gone, now without even realising my mind i stretched myself and go for a jog at sharp 5.50 PM after days of pushing and strech. Now it becomes a habit with a great discipline....
In conclusion of this blog, every time you think you're lazy and I don't want to do things, just be lazy, don't do anything and then once your mind tells you something which makes you feel low, grasp that low feeling convert it into a feel good sensation. Start from your comfort zone, try to visualise the world after the doorstep of your comfortzone- First few days the battlefield will make you stressed and feel something bad, don't worry take a deep breath work just 30 mins on something which you want to do and do it everyday and let the results make the battlefield vanish.
Hope you get the title, Jog for life it's not the compulsion of you, it's the compulsion for you, either you can make something or you can learn something and there is nothing wrong to fail.
