Yes, he is turning 75 today, I still remember the date 12/12/2012 the last fancy date of the century and my village used to cut 12 kgs of cake on that day.

My father is one of the big fan of Mr.Ranjikanth and you guys know something this man has the heart of mine as well. His last flim Coolie i got a wonderful opportunity to watch it all alone (Private theater), No as i am in delhi i booked the ticket in tamil and suprisingly i got that opportunity to watch it all alone in the big screen.
The amount of happiness and the real fanboy moment happened there, I never went to Movie theater alone usual with my friends but that was my first time to watch the film alone (Actual alone).
Great experience, i would say complete theater was mine and earlier i thought they might cancel the show but they didn't i was over the moon on that day, took lot of videos and the movie was amazing as the man own the movie.
He was the man who sturggled a lot and the way he still in the hearts of GENz is mind blowing, As thalaivar style "mindblowing"
From 80's to Gen Z he has the same aura as Baasha. and i am happy that in his 75th birthday the iconic movie Padaiappa is rereleasing. Apart from movie he connects with people through his uniqueness and being himself. For instance "during a press report he said "Han Vazhuthukal Vazhuthukal" and it got viral and you know he still being the same where ever he goes.
Rather than movie, now Genz are more into thaliavar press report, audio launch and events.
