Are you Aware ?
Are we aware of what's going around us?, I would say being aware would solve 80% of the problem, As a profound philosopher J.Krishnamurti Book on "The urgency of change", where he explains the awareness with live example and simple term, which was confusing for the first time readers but once you read the chapter again it leads a new perspective of life who you need to see things.
