Mental Health.

Are your mentally healthy? Ask this question to yourself. If you're Mentally Healthy 💪, That's awesome but how do you come to end that your are mentally healthy, i would say throughout your experience on your bad days. It's okay to be sad, to be worried, to be anxious,etc... Becoz those bad days, bad memories will make us mentally strong every day which feels you better. I would if you feel alone, in depression, wants to share something to other person, it's okay, Counseling is not offence, and mental health well-being is very important as physical health (when you feel sick you are going to hospital and get advice for doctors, like that psychiatrist will diagnose you problem and give proper advice).
