Having slight OCD is a mental health issue?

Why do people think, cleaning room, reracking  books, arranging files, etc... are symptoms of OCD. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)

OCD stands for obsessive-compulsive disorder, a mental health condition that causes people to have uncontrollable, recurring thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions).

It's not OCD people, it's our daily routine which makes us feel comfortable and doing things without any hurry.

Sometimes, we might be in hurry and search for things in the chaotic situation, which make our daily life miserable 😖😣.

For instance, if you keep on putting things randomly place and someday it might the essential things which is going to safe your life. And searching for it going to be a difficult one.

Another example, when your mom cooking you food, she knows every ingredients which makes her to cook as easy as possible, somedays you might enter the kitchen and cook a meal after that you're mom finds difficult to cook for a while, because of the ingredients had been misplaced.

So don't think that OCD is a mental health issue, everyone should have a little OCD in their life to make their life more effective and efficient.
