Why walking is an underrated therapy?

Relaxed walk after a stressful day at college or  work in a pleasant evening or a rainy afternoon, most of your stress gone. Say thanks to yourself. 

Walking is such a wonderful habit that everyone needs to cultivate (especially the one who sits longer a day). Just keep all your belongings which includes your mobile, earphones, wallet. Just you and nature, take a walk, get into the world, the real world and start interact with nature. After 20 minutes, you will be stress free and you will be relaxed ๐Ÿ˜Ž.

Go, go for a walk 
Go, when you need it 
Go when you feel alone 
Go when you want peace 
Go when there is no respect 
Go coz, you don't know when you are going to go from this world....
