Faaahhh- The Longest Month That finally comes to an end
January 2026: The Longest Month That Taught Me Everything
January 2026 is almost done.
People kept saying January is too long, asking “When is this month going to end?”
But somewhere between those endless days, this month quietly taught me a lot patience, resilience, mental health awareness, and stress handling.
It started with a calm New Year and ended with surprises.
A mix of miracles, wonders, exhaustion, and unexpected warmth.
1st Week
Still stuck in the holiday coma, pretending work doesn’t exist… until reality hit and I realised I actually need to go to the office.
2nd Week
Back to normal life.
Posting New Year vibes, resolutions, and motivation the usual “this is my year” energy. Town hall meeting as well
3rd Week
Pongal week.
For the first time, celebrating it all alone — and it felt different 🥲
New beginnings in the warmth of milk boiling and sweet sugar pongal.
Shared my Pongal with my office — a small gesture, but it meant a lot 😉
4th Week
Faaaahhh.
Energy dropped. The month slowed down.
Everything felt heavy. Faaaahhh became the mood. Republic day clicks
EU trade deal 🤝 trending outside, faaahhh trending inside.
5th Week
Finally the end but January never really ends.
After faaahhh, the vibe shifted again.
New dance trends everywhere, and Selaiyur celebrating its 89th birthday — reminding me that some places are emotions, not just locations. My mams got married to his loved one.
In Conclusion,
January is no longer a month.
It has become a quarter of the first quarter.
With celebrations done, February waits ahead
For lovers, it’s the month of romance
For business minds, it’s the budget month February brings more joy, growth, and learnings — and a little less loneliness.
