Are you Happy ?

When is the last time you have been happy without feeling guilty?

Why has happiness become so scarce in recent days, and what makes it more complex?

Happiness can't be defined from a single perspective. It can be a state, it can be an emotion, it can be an expression it can be anything for anyone at a single point in time. Recently, many of us are facing this happiness crisis and feeling guilty after being happy. Why has happiness become so sick to handle?

If someone asks, 'How are you? Are you happy? Is everything okay?'

Many answer, 'Han, fine, just going.' Some pretend to be, and nobody replies, 'Yes, I am happy and enjoying the time being.'

Are you really enjoying what you are doing? Are you happy?

Ask yourself.

If you are not, have you ever tried to find out why we can't enjoy happiness?

Why do we feel that sadness will take its place soon?

Why is happiness so complicated? Can't we just enjoy that moment, or are we exaggerating it in big terms?

And the person who has everything or nothing feels that for a while not that middle one. The one who aspires to get it, but never makes it through. It feels different and it goes on.

Ups and downs,

But the ups just head up for the downs, and the downs are just a setup for another down.

There is no right way to make it, as the self itself has multiple perspectives. So what can one do?

  1. Become aware of yourself (Understand thyself)

  2. Smile as much as possible (The contagious one which volunteers happiness)

  3. Don't judge or compare (Because everyone has their own dystopias)

  4. Live, love life (Because anticipation makes sadness the king)

These ideas are so wide in nature, but if you can narrow them down and understand the philosophy, you will know what you want.

Share your perspectives.
